Margarita Torres Salazar

Margarita, is the mother of our family. She is the co-founder of Cosméticos Naturales Monteverde, present since day 1 of this adventure.

Always willing to help and go the extra mile, she is one of the pillars of our company. Her experience and knowledge help to make everything run smoothly.

Karen Vargas Torres

Sales and e-commerce manager.

She is the youngest daughter of our family. She grew up at the same time as our business, so she knows it very well. She is always willing to help where she is needed, she is a tireless worker. She is also a fan of nature photography and our products.

Karen is a person who recognizes the importance of growing in harmony with the environment.

Sebastián Vargas Torres

In charge of Distribution and certifications.

A lover of nature, the flora and fauna that inhabits it. He has worked with us in many areas, where his help is needed he is available to help.

He is very interested that the company continue to grow responsibly, using the resources available in the area, and that we do the best possible in our processes.

He studied engineering in Environmental Management at the National Technical University and has been working with us since 2022.

Paola Vargas Torres

The eldest of 3 children, since she was little she showed interest in family entrepreneurship and over the years she remained connected and collaborating while she finished her studies.

She studied Business Management at the University of Costa Rica, and has been working with us since 2019.
